[Age] She's a Persocom. They don't have "ages" though she acts like a very hyperactive little kid due to the nature of her programming

[Background]
Sumomo is a mobile Persocom unit, meaning that she would be the Chobits world's equivalent of a laptop. She doesn't get much screen time in the manga but I'll try to show the instances when she does. The first time she appears was when Shinbo had her run a a basic Persocom test which broke Sumomo (note: this is incident is very important step in realizing that Chii isn't a normal Persocom). She comes back a few days later when Hideki and Shinbo go to crams school, good as new. Shinbo has her write in a piece of paper how much her memory costs and it made Hideki flip out at the price. When Shinbo and Shimizu-sensei eloped, Shinbo made the necessary arrangements for Sumomo to become Hideki's Persocom now (He still scares her with his exaggerated reactions which have become a running gag in the series. XD).
Sumomo becomes more prominent during the story arc where Chii gets kidnapped. In a way, she becomes the vessel of clues that Hideki, Minoru and Shinbo get that not only added more to the mystery of Chii's origins but it also helped them discovered where Chii was being kept captive. Also, her presence made it possible for them to figure out which house Chii was being kept in. In this arc, Sumomo stops moving for a few minutes due to the mysterious power has over every Persocom in Tokyo.
From the point of canon I took her, she's currently chilling with Hideki and Chii, driving Kotoko nuts with her antics. But that's not her fault since Shinbo programmed her to be peppy and hyperactive.
[Personality]
A Persocom's overall personality will depend on the programming and the algorithms the user will install in it. For some reason, Shinbo programmed her to be some kind of cheerleader. She's loud, cheery and hyper. She does cheers to motivate the user into finishing tasks or being a really enthusiastic greeter when her master leaves for cram school and when he comes home (she has the strength to tackle Hideki to the ground >w>;;).
[Specialties/Abilities]
Just computer stuff. She can surf the internet,download porn, receive email and images, voice mail and calls. When there isn't a printer nearby, she can write what needs to be print on paper (It's definitely cuter that way~ Shinbo seems to think so).
[Affection]
She's really affectionate X3; She can be seen tackling Hideki on the ground whenever he comes home from cram school or work. I think she'd allow it if it's someone she knows. O:

Uh, well, she's a machine. I don't think Hideki would want anything to happen to Sumomo so I'd have to say no to every permission out there. I mean, can a telepathic character read a Persocom's "brain"? XD;
[Other Facts] Every morning, she will wake up and make everyone do what she calls the "Wakey Wakey Up Exercises". She has a none ending supply of pompoms, flags and other cheering paraphernalia (Also has a whistle and a tambourine~). For some reason, Hideki's exaggerated reactions scare the pants off poor little Sumomo.
