sounds like things are getting a little bit better for you in general with life! new apartments are always good, but yeah... unrequited love (or slightly lesser degrees of non-lovey likeness) is not so good. hopefully the friendship is strong enough that it will still find some balance despite the romantic weirdness. I have lost a lot of friends because of weird imbalanced romantic feelings and it ends up feeling like a pretty shitty reason to no longer be friends with someone. good luck with it!
