I feel something similar to what you're describing. It starts as a dull pain in the back of my head but it's sort of fuzzy. I imagine it to be how television static [you know, when the cable is out and it is just "snow"] would feel if you could reach your hands in and touch it.
Then the fuzzythrobstuff shimmies down my spine and disappears. You're the only person I've ever heard mention that, and the only person I've ever described it to. Now I wanna ask everyone I know, "How does "nice" feel to you?"

Yay! I'm really excited that you know what I meant. And if you have that sensation but hadn't ever discussed it, how do we know it isn't something everyone feels? I think the only reason that it stands out from other feelings (I don't feel compelled to ask other people if they ever feel angry) is that it is so intensely physical.

Also I can't describe how much I enjoy your entries. You have a distinct voice and an exciting life which combine to make reading your journal really fun.

1. This _littlerose is a biter.

2. I will add you if you tell me whether or not you know the sensation I am talking about.

noo, i'm sorry to say that I never really get such a physical sensation as you've described although I do get a happy tingly feeling.

Sorry it took a while to get back to you. How fascinating that that feeling is not universal! Here you go, now, onto my friends list.

I'm not sure whether or not the sensation we experience is the same, though i DO experience a sensation similar to this. when someone does something nice for me or says something subtle that ends up meaning a lot more to me than they may know, my insides just sort of get brighter and I seem to FEEL the "nice thing" that they did in my body. does this make sense? probably not.

Gosh that's so interesting. For me it is definitely localized in my head but the feeling could be described that way other than that. What you're saying makes sense.
