There is nothing like logging on to find 64 get well wishes!  You ladies are all so sweet to be thinking of me like that.  It's so humbling at times to realize how lucky you are to have such a network of caring people- most of whom you have never met face to face.  And all your positive thoughts and prayers worked because I sailed right through ( Read more... )

I know we don't know each other very well, so I feel it is not my place... And I'm not even sure what caused you go to go surgery, but I just wanted to say you are an amazing person to have to deal with this, especially planning a wedding and getting married. I'm a nurse, so everything you just described (the surgery room experience) I'm aware of, and its very scary... for anyone. I'm just glad to hear you are OK, I hope all is well! Again, congrats on your wedding, and thank you for sharing it!

Oh thank you! I found out I had thyroid cancer two weeks before the wedding. :| Talk about a wake-up call! But I am doing great now. Thanks for posting such a nice post!
