Fun! What kind of pie is your specialty?

:) My dad's fave is berry pie (requests it every year for his b-day). But the secret to my pie success (haha) is the pastry. I found a recipe in an old book of my great grandmother's ages ago and (assuming it was her pie recipe) and the crust is hands-down the very best I've had. I should really credit her for the recipe though.

And you should share!! I love pies! If you aren't keeping your berry pie recipe secret, bring it on sister!! I've got an adorable pie pan and I rarely know what to do with it.

Ugh, I forgot about how much I HATE vaccuming the stairs. I wonder if most people just use a dust buster or something because most vaccums are so damn big you can barely get around without letting it fall or bruising yourself.

You know, I was just reading something about the whole "8 glasses a day" of H20 is a a lot of baloney! It said that most people get adequate hydration through other drinks during the day, not to mention all the water in food. It essentially said that people should drink water according to their thirst levels -- how's that for a 'no duh' moral of the day?! And you can tell Robert that your healthcare editor friend told you so!
