You know, Cuban food isn't spicy. Like, at all. "spicy Caribbean stuff," isn't Hispanic. It's French or Creole. In fact, one of the only Hispanic cultures that enjoy spicy food are Mexicans. All the Cuban restaurants I've been to are about salt and huge portions of meat and some rice and beans.
