from family guy, when peter goes "but i dont understand why someone would buy some of these things in BULK...who would need a 12-pack of watermelons?" and then some guy comes and gets a whole 12-pack and he narrows his eyes and goes "touche, costmart". its a play on costco aka a tribute to the american love of excess.
