[ Teppei gave me the link for Ponystars earlier - I was thinking it sounds like your kinda game. Donno if the ponies in this one are lesbians having sex in flowers like in that show you like, but they kinda have the same copyright infringement sorta feel about them.
If that doesn't tickle your fancy, there's always Bella Sara. This one has realistic looking unrealistic ponies. One of them has the Rainbow Bright thing going on... sounds kinda like a cult. But it has trading cards involved. ]
