So I haven't updated since just after my last interview. I interviewed again on friday at Sykesville Middle School with as my first actual school interview. It went really well and I really liked the principal. He asked me a lot of questions about my knowlage of middle school students and gave me a lot of hypothetical situations. You weren't an education major, were you? I'd looked into getting into teaching somewhere, but I don't have anything near a certificate here. Anyway, congrats on the job. Your Mom was a fine teacher and I know you will be, too.

nope I wasn't an education major, but since science is in critical shortage they hired me anyway (and amazingly at least one of the other applicants I interviewd against had her certification) now they are paying for me to get certified.

Since you've taken so many classes you need to teach me how to use the cool tools I have, I keep getting more stuff but I don't really know how to use it for the best result. I want to play a lot with my gromiter because it's cute, and if we work together we can share toys.
