Today my ISP (Westnet) emailed me and told me that my plan was undergoing a number of "minor changes" as of 1/1/2007. Said minor changes include the extension of peak quota period later into the night (2AM), the removal of WAIX/PIPE/member-to-member free traffic, and the loss of my static IP.
