Oh, what the FUCK is that noise outside my aparment?  It's this loud, grating, high-pitched 'EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE' that I've heard intermittently for the past two nights.  And no, it's not my usual tinnitus because the sound goes away when I plug my ears.

It's driving me mad!  MAD, I tell you!
