NO ITS NOT!!!!!! I think they changed the dye they use to make it red. The first time we made it I did!!! I swear!! I think it got some people worried so they needed to change it. Believe me Im as disappointed as you are!

we did have a slight red tint to ours the first time we made the cake. plus, i think we ate a lot more of the cake that time to make it... lol.
