It's so funny how I did a complete 180 since my dad bought me a Northface fleece for Christmas. (Note: Did not request one, ever.) I had such contempt toward those who rocked the Northface apparel (overstatement), but now I hear someone make a sly remark about Northface and I immediately think 'well you can kiss my ASS

The thing about North Face and Uggs and what not is that yes, they are incredibly trendy, but they are also pretty much the best cold weather apparell you can buy. My really rich aunt over the past couple of years has given me a North face fleece, a lacoste winter vest, and a pair of ugg boots, and a pair of ugg slippers. These are probably some of my favorite things that I own, not because like oh cool, name brands, but because they are so warm and comfortable.
