It has started off extremely difficult and finally got unbearable and scary. I'm getting a divorce. My tax refund has arrived so I'm headed out tomorrow back to the midwest to stay with my Mel. It's good, it's good! David and I rented a duplex in Greenbrier (next town east of here, 10 min. away). It's nice...open floor plan, two large bedrooms, nice deck out back and plenty of yard on a quiet dead end street. David and I met with our pastors last night to discuss marriage counseling. We will begin as soon as Pastor Cricket gets a break in her schedule. Pastor Ron (they are married) will not be available to do the ceremony until July so I think we'll shoot for July 13th after church service is over. Yesterday David and I shopped for an engagement ring. After trying on 3-4 diamond engagement rings he asked which one I liked the best and I didn't have a clue. I was wayyyy too overwhelmed!
