I beieve that peanut oil and cotton seed oil will work for this purpose. If they can't be found as a spray, the oil can simply be poured into a spray bottle. Canola oil is not kosher for Passover. Hope this helps.

Forget the cooking spray. Send your friend to Williams-Sonoma, Kitchen, Etc. or the like and have her get an oil sprayer like this one.

She can fill it with what ever kind of KfP oil she wants.
