That's fucking ridiculous. Is there anything the landlords can do?

Can the post office reimburse you or something for the package? They'd better do SOMETHING, since they are clearly at fault.

we are definitly complaining to both the landlord and the post office. we will hopefully get reimbursed, we definitly do not plan on going down without a fight.
