When you're the new person at work, they usually pick on you a lot. When the customers make a mistake on their order, it's your fault. Another server screws up, it's your fault. The kitchen screws up, it's your fault. Even when the boss screws up, it's your fault. Everything you do, no matter how hard you try, it's never good enough
