i used to feel the same way you do about regarding other people's well being before your own. i'll always help anyone (or any animal) in need but when it comes to sacrificing yourself for the sake of those who wouldn't make the same effort for you, think of you first. they're not worth the heartache, y'know?

It's hard to put myself before others because it makes me feel selfish and I hate that feeling...even though I know I'm just looking out for myself. :( And you're right. They're not worth the heartaches but at the end of the day at least I can tell (and admit to) myself I'm the better person and karma will kick them in the butt for me some time down the road.

I've already done four piercings since last Monday. I think my mom will kill me if I got more. Ha ha.
