I went to the doctor over Thanksgiving break because I wasn't sleeping. THey had to draw blood to check my thyroid and make sure everything was ok. During my econ class today I got a phone call from my doctor. I apparantly am anemic

wow. we learned about that in physiology. goodluck. is it serious? other than having to take pills, and being tired and more prone to illness?

well, there is less hemoglobing in my blood which i guess carries oxygen to the body. so, my heart will have to work harder to bring oxygen to my body and could ultimately lead to heart disease.

but if i take my pills i'll be ok.

They thought I was anemic for some reason for a while... then a few weeks went by and they're like "No, we were wrong, you had a cold" or something like that... bizarre..
