There is a product, I shit you not, called the Simon Says: Sit and Spin. That’s right, Sit and Spin baby! Had I been playing a game of Simon Says at any point in my youth and had the honor of playing the Simon role, I’m certain that the punishment from any teacher overhearing me would have been dire if I had said, “Simon says... sit and spin.”

I think my most amusing class is visual literacy. It is supposed to be a media-based class in which we discuss the way we view images in the media. It is being taught by an insane woman who spent 30 years in advertising and is under the impression that she can turn our media class into an advertising class if she so desires. So far the discussions have been about creative brainstorming based on an advertising/creativity book she wrote which involves "creative aerobics." So as a result of her picking one object for us to focus on during these exercises, we have spent literally about 6 hours by now talking about pens. And as a bonus she has been through 3 husbands obviously driven away by her horrendous laugh. Too scary in the morning...
