I just finished taking pictures of my 10-month "7-Day Afghan". When I started, I expected it to take me a month or so. HA!

The pattern is Orchid Lace from this book. E- picked the yarn (Plymouth Encore #1316); she calls it "sunrise orange." The photos look a little redder than it is IRL. Also, I left off the fringe, because she asked me to. It's ( Read more... )

I like! Is that knit? It looks kind of like crochet.

I have GOT to finish the really boring doll blanket I'm making for youngest's CPK. I wanna make a Jayne hat! And shawls! (Yes, I'm an old lady in disguise. Less so when I actually wear the shawls.)

Oh, that's pretty. I can't imagine making anything so huge! I've been working on the same pair of socks for just over 2 months now, and still have at least a week to go.
