Caution: I'm Sick and I'm Gonna Tell You About It

I am sick. Very very very sick. I haven't been this sick in a very long time (unless you count the hangover from the summer, but from non-alcohol causes, not for a very long time). I think I either managed to pick up the stomach flu which seems to be going around, or food poisoning from the Taco Bell I ate last night. I'm leaning toward food
