grunge revival?

someone told me last week that my band sounded like an early 90's grunge band. we dont try to sound like anything in particular, we just write songs that we like. it doesnt surprise me though since most of my fav bands broke up before the turn of the century. some 90's musicians have new bands that still have the same old great sound like
