Height: 5'10". I realize this is taller than Daniel Radcliffe, but JK Rowling mentions an extreme growth-spurt, and while I doubt he's over six-feet, I cannot see him being shorter than ... this.
Weight: Healthy weight, if a little thin.
Medical Info: He has been abused and ran around the block, so his body probably shows it in places!

Hair: Black (...ditto)
Physical traits: SCAR ON FOREHEAD. Wears wizarding clothes in theory but no one really knows what those look like. BUT ROBES!! He l has some muggle clothes. IDK don't focus on his clothes too much.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Anything, though I'd prefer the way people handled it during fourth wall-nudging the fourth wall really hard with him, but not entirely. I am probably open to "you are fictional," though, if you can't find a way around it. Don't worry about asking. I've played Harry a lot in panfandoms.
