Cooking is one big adventure. I never cease to be amazed by the things that I can create just by following a recipe. Yesterday for Beltane I made some deliciously gorgeous food. It's from the book ExtraVeganZa by Laura Matthais. She runs an organic farm and B&B in British Columbia called Phoenix Farm. I'll post the recipes when I get a chance - they've very good, although the pesto was very very garlicky.
