Cooking is one big adventure. I never cease to be amazed by the things that I can create just by following a recipe. Yesterday for Beltane I made some deliciously gorgeous food. What was so amazing was the color. I made a red velvet cake, which called for me to chop up and boil some beets in order to get the deep, rich red color of red velvet cake
