We are lucky to have the Sainsbury Centre in Norwich. Not the shop..the big art gallery. There's a photo exhibition on tour from the V&A at the mo. It was designed in the 70's by Norman Foster, or Mr.Gherkin to his friends. The building itself is a giant mass of twisted metal and glass...very beautiful in the right context.It's a bit like the ( Read more... )

I LOVE the Sainsbury Centre! we have to visit when I visit you. I love the way when you approach from a certain angle it just looks like a hidden bunker in a hill. That was how I saw it for the first time (on tour with Salad, walking around the grounds of the Uni). I forgot you lived near there! Cool.
