Dream Manipulation: No. Sasami's connection to the goddess Tsunami gives her her own precog nightmares, thus I don't think he'd be able to manipulate her dreams.

I am making a table for Kyle's abilities, could you clarify for me what you would like Kyle to smell/taste around Dr Forrester or Sasami? Generally, these would only be when they are using their abilities, unless their abilities are being used all the time.

This might seem random but does the clairgustance work only on dead people or does it work on somebody who is constantly around dead people? (I ask because Nigel works for an undertaker and enjoys dissecting animals/people in his spare time).

I had actually not thought of that! I think, from my readings, that it generally works on ghosts or people who used to be dead. But it's not really that specific, so if you want I could have it work on Nigel, sure.

hm! i think that it can work a bunch of ways depending on how you want to interpret the power, which i leave up to you. there are a few different ways that 'deadness' can be picked up from nigel.

he DOES spend a lot of his time around dead people and dead animals (both at work and recreationally sob), but as i THINK you're interpreting it, that might not work? if you coupled his deadpeople sense with kyle's precognition/future sight he may feasibly be able to pick up the deadness on nigel given the fact that hee (based on his pullpoint) is about an hour from being shot in the face by alex.

if i ever canon update him this will change to a definite, but if you wanted to use those things in conjunction to get that sense of nigel you're welcome to.

otherwise, he's just a normal kid who smells like soap and formaldehyde.

I think, for Dream Manipulation/Future Sight, just ask me before you use them and I'll give you relevant information for plotting purposes.

Gert used to be dead. Actually, Natasha died once and was resurrected by the Chaste. (But she was dead for like, two seconds, so idk if that counts.) Bucky has killed a lot of people. Loki was dead, then came back to life through as-yet-undisclosed means, but you know, his whole pantheon is continually killing itself off and being reborn.

Bucky's never used his abilities and never will.

Same with Gert.

Jessica's aura in canon is like, orange I think? So it could smell or taste like oranges.

Natasha-- like glass and chalk.

Loki, it would probably change frequently. One minute like myrrh and the next minute like saltwater and the next like grass ad infinitum.

For this guy (Ogo) and Blackarachnia all four abilities are go. Although both are very much alive and not ghost so I guess no tasting? (why do I keep envisioning this)

As for Hiyori (foulmouthedloli)manipulating dreams might be a little difficult as she's not the only one sharing her headspace. The other three are good to go. Also given Hiyori is technically a spirit he'll be tasting that, however the hell that works out.
