Me too. And if I decide not to do it? Well then I will just have to get up and go after laying there for a few minutes. I am sure mine is a childhood holdover as well. Just like how I have to pee if I am leaving the house.

Me too! And I'm the same - if I don't go before I lay down, something inside will convince me I have to.
