I have seen neither the movie nor the show, but I have heard nothing but good things about the movie from people who loved both! and I thought it was great how they tried to get as many of the original cast members as possible for the movie.

but that's just my two cents! sorry you didn't like it... :(

and that's cool...everyone's got their likes/dislikes. I was just curious, b/c I was really excited to see the movie (since I never got to see the show!)

the movie's alright - but i would DEFINITELY recommend seeing the show.

I love the movie. But I've never been given the chance to see it on stage. It doesn't travel anywhere near where I am, at least not anytime in the near future. But I understand because I feel the same way about quite a few books.
