And yes, starting at chapter 7 on, was written from my experiences. I actually wrote all of Callie's POVs for her from journal entries, blog posts, things I'd written down about how I was feeling at the time. So, I may as well be Callie in that story, literally. Only I did it single. ;)
It was draining, but, I feel, came out very real and honest and that's what I was aiming for. Thanks for enjoying the story!

But that explains why her emotions feel so raw and real...the last few chapters really got me. And as much as I'm sure it was draining, to do something like that, I'd imagine, would be almost therapeutic.
