I totally need to start doign this.

I did make my own chicken broth recently (in the crock) and was amazed at how easy it was and how yummy, and most of all, how "natural" it was.

Now i need to collect my veggie garbage!

What a good idea, my compost bin usually gets all those bits, looks like it will have to wait its turn. Thanks for the great idea and I look forward to hearing how your stock turns out!
