Many thanks to coopers_mom for her tip on making your own frozen burritos. This morning we tried out breakfast burritos and froze them. They were yummy, and cheap, and now my husband has something to grab when he is rushing out the door in the morning - no more stopping at Tim Horton's on the way to work

I am so excited to hear this....with the success of our burritos (I now have a batch of 10 beef and cheese burritos, and also crock-potted a big batch of spicy black beans so we have a batch of 10 bean and cheese) I told my husband I wanted to make breakfast burritos this weekend. The recipes I saw all had potatoes in them, and I wasn't sure how they would freeze/reconstitute, or if I should use the bag of Oreida hashbrowns that I already have (just sprinkle them, frozen, into the burrito then put back in the freezer).
