I'm proud of you too - you sound so much happier and more confident! Maybe I'll try this Couch to 5k thing over the summer. I've been wishing I could run at least a mile without stopping (even half a mile). Also, being able to eat as much as I want is one of my main reasons for exercising at all. (The other is not dying young.) But don't mention Girl Scout cookies to me - I haven't been working out at all and I have 5 boxes of Samoas and I've been so good, I've only eaten 2 cookies.
