I like how your coloring is really bold and vibrant :)

Are you trying to do this for the Asian nations? It might be challenging to do this otherwise.

Though it's probably really off, I see:
Japan - fire
China - earth
S. korea - earth
Hong Kong - fire?
Taiwan - water or earth?
Tibet - air
Thailand - water or air?
Vietnam - water or earth

And yes, this is exactly what I'm trying to do :D Tibet is definitely Air, Hong Kong fits as Fire, and I don't think any of them fit as Water, since the water tribes are pretty much all Inuits as far as culture goes and they all have dark skin...I have no idea what to do with Thailand and South Korea, though. Vietnam is Earth! I see her as this 'poor, hard-working farmer/fisher girl Earth Kingdom citizen' type of character, I think it fits her, and Taiwan is probably Earth.

Air is also a bit hard, considering that the only one that really fits is Tibet- maaaybe Mongolia. I never though about Greenland- but you're right, if we had one... hmm, it seems most of them will end up being either Fire or Earth.
