I don't like Steven paired with anyone but Xabi, so I just read this because it was you.

Fuck, I was not disappointed.
Just incredible. You write in an incredibly beautiful manner and this fic is just simply amazing and heart-breaking.
The pairing just works, you know? They both fit the theme of the fic perfectly.
That last line made a knot appear on my throat...

S/X is my OTP, you'd never know from the amount of crack I write but they actually are my (true) OTP ♥ I really need to give writing them a proper go sometime!

Oh, God. Oh, Danny. I think this is one of the best AUs I've read. Ever. Getting to know each other, and the fact that the same things are important to both of them (I like how Danny has such a great, solid back story, a reason for what he's doing); the comparison between Stevie and Lilly and Dan and the baby that didn't make it; and that ending (I'm torn between wanting to hug Danny, or Stevie, or just crying helpless tears). Wow. It's brilliant. You're brilliant. ♥
