WHERE do you find Harry Potter in German??????? AHHHHH! I asked for it in either French or German for Xmas, but alas... Nichts. If you own them, you WILL lend them to me next year, or else I WILL steal them. ;D

The first three are available on amazon.com for around $25 or so. The fourth book I found in a local Borders in the foreign language section. As to the fifth book, I don't think there are many copies in German in the U.S. yet so it's hideously expensive.

As to the French versions, I would check the Canadian amazon.com since they cover Quebec as well.

I just checked the amazon.ca and their prices are cheaper than the U.S. ones for the French translations (especially once you factor in that it's Canadian dollars). Book 5 is ~$36 Canadian there and $39 U.S. here. The French versions of the first four books are cheaper than the German ones too if you order through amazon.ca.
