That's terrific! Congratulations! Is this the same place you were seriously considering when we were up there visiting?

And now for the important info:
Closing is on December 22 (Merry Christmas to me!) so I'm planning on having a New Year's party at my house. So any time around dec 30th - jan 2nd is just peachy! (bring your own sleeping bags)

Durn. I can't really request time off until after the new year. I talked to Jule Ann and she's also tied up those days. :P So...second housewarming party, perhaps? :)
