Yea so i really havnt done shyt outta the ordinary since the last time i wrote in this. o yea, i threw up for like an hour yesterday. Smoked a blunt with my bro. Then just "munchied" but i couldnt hold my food and i felt like vomiting. So i went downstairs and i couldnt so i made myself. One finger down that throat and it was on. For a fucking hour
