Watching the new Halloween brings back so many, many frightening memories that I wasn't even aware I had stored in the back of mind. Of course, as with everything, this remake is ridiculous and much more blood-thirsty -- but seeing that mask in all it's horrifying entirety is AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH SCARY

I hate Rob Zombies music, but movie-wise I think he's a genius.

I really loved the beginning of the new Halloween. I just thought the life before he was grown parts were great, the rest was mediocre.

I completely agree!!! The beginning was SO good that I thought the whole thing would be sweet, but then it turned into naked girls, sex, and gore.

Sigh.
