Aiya...not following in your footsteps... just so happen that my project is moving to construction stage now in Abu Dhabi and my office is going to relocate people there as per the client's request for people to be on-site. I think that it is going to be a good opportunity for me career wise because of the responsibilities I will be taking on there. Thinking thinking... what can I do back in Singapore?! Probably no one wants to employ me =(

LOL. I know lah.
I tell you first, the clients here forever want people on site. Regardless of whether there is enough work for every single individual. They just want to see the physical presence of human beings.

Moving here is a career move lor. One that every person in the industry will think about some day.
Moving home is a hmm, social move?

Both places dangle very different carrots in front of us. Depends on which carrot you want to munch on. XD

Singapore is doing very well this year actually. Total employee market.
I'm sure you will be highly sought after with your experience. Hehe.
