Beware the soy sauce and sake, I have no idea if you'll react badly to those. I also find that the white bits of the spring onions don't work for me anymore as they make my reflux act up, but I don't know if they'll agree with you.

Soy sauce I am fine with. Sake is ok if I boil it. Spring onions not so much, but they are easily avoided.
