So, for anyone who’s interested, here’s an update on the house:

We picked up the keys on December 16 and it’s been a frantic scramble from then on to get the house ready for occupation by February.

The house came totally bare, except for the bathroom, and no contractor would take a look at us before they could measure the house. Thus our renovation
