Yep. That's how the story in Coraline goes. Not my fault.
But hey, if I had followed all the original book... The other Sherlock would have tried to sew a pair of buttons in John's eyes too. But here, he didn't do it! I skipped that part! :P

I think they are trying to point out the typo, that it should be "buttons" and not "bottoms." Bottoms bring about a completely different image LOL. The typo is here: And he didn’t have bottoms instead of eyes.
