I just realised I've never put this on my journal, so here it is for posterity's sake. The TARDIS? Hard to draw. :| It's not great but it was wonderful practice.
So. John's sad look, Sherlock's scarf in his hand, space beneath him.
*gulps*
Well, I'm sure Sherlock is somewhere in the TARDIS, er, doing things, and John is just here because he needed a moment on his own, because they had an argument, you see, hence his sullen face (sullen, not sad, not sad at all). And he holds the scarf because, er... No, wait ! John is annoyed because Sherlock went out without his scarf while it's so cold outside. That's it. Absolutely nothing to do with this Reichenbach thing. No way. All right ?
Besides being really pretty and really cool, I like the idea of this. Out there in space John looks so alone, so far from the world and other people. But you've put him in the Tardis, a symbol of hope and safety, so we know he's OK. And I like the expression you've given him--thinking, not weeping or pining. It's like you've drawn the best we can hope for John after Fall. Alone, still a little sad, but hopeful too. And, because with the Tardis comes The Doctor, we know that somewhere he has at least one friend to help him through. Thanks for drawing this, brilliant you.

I really like how the lights glow and the impression of it really being bigger on the inside than the outside.
(Psst, was this for random_nexus's What in the World(s)? fics? 8D)
