XD You have the same habit of buying lots of packs of playing cards too. >_>
It didn't really seem to me that you were really interested in shounen manga, but I really enjoy Saiyuki and Wild Adapter and basically anything by Kazuya Minekura. XD She's brilliant.
Yes! Someone else who shares my insane love of collecting anime playing cards! :)
Oh! I loved Saiyuki! I used to have the volumes, but I ended up losing them when I moved (I swear, they're probably still in some random unpacked box in the basement, but I just don't have the will to search through that ungodly mess!) And Wild Adapter sounds interesting, so I'll have to check that out!
XD Guilty as charged. I have about four to five packs of playing cards and maybe seven sets of Tarot cards. >___>
Saiyuki was the one that got me into anime and manga in the first place, so it has a dear place in my heart. XD I love Wild Adapter like crazy, though. The dialogue is so well done. *A* But it's really hard to find it in Canada. ;__;

Of course! Mangafox is permanently bookmarked in internet explorer! XD
Ohhhhhhh playing cards! I usually get them from ebay from singapore or japan. In fact, I get a lot of my anime stuff from ebay...but what can I say, ebay is like heaven on earth!
I know! I was so upset! I had just gotten my first magazine from my subscription and then the site said, "sorry, no more." I nearly had a heart attack!
Oh yes! I think I remember you recommending Rurouni when I commented on your icon. I really want to read it!
My greatest secret is that I buy a lot of my volumes used. As long as you're careful to make sure the books condition is good and that it isn't a former library book, you can get a great deal! In fact, I bought pretty much every single one of my yaoi mangas for 2 or 3 dollars each and they look as good as new! I think the lowest I've ever paid for any almost-like-new used volume is $0.86.
I'd suggest checking out border's used market place, betterworld.com (shipping is free, GREAT selection, and the money you spend on books goes towards promoting literacy. Just be sure to double check the book's condition!), thriftbooks.com, or any half price books store (plus you can sell them your old books for cash).
haha! I know what you mean...When I finally ended up cleaning out my bookshelves a few years ago, I filled 5 crates with old books from when I was little!
