I think it's great you have somebody available to talk to, if you feel likeit would benefit you, then i would go for it. The thing you should know though, the oath of secrecy works unless they think something is going on that is hurting you in some way and will continue to do so. Like, if a student said they were addicted to cocaine or were bulemic, the counselor is required by law to tell somebody. If they didn't and something happened to that person, they'd get in large amounts of trouble. But help isn't a bad thing, making this point somewhat void.
Talking is good, I support whatever you end up doing.
