first off im very nervous of what im about to say. as i was talking with freckled mike (from Jamaica) he explained to me how depression had at one point in his life taken over as it has in mine not too long ago. he then went on to explain how easy it is to fall back into it. this guy is a college professor at nc state so he knows what hes saying

i really wish we could, but unfortuently my lifeguarding class starts tonight. its some 36 hour course i have to take for my job this summer. the class is this weekend too, but hopefully we can find some time to talk or whatever. i hope you have a great day stephanie
