I have it. There’s nothing like a good book. Coming clarity.

I know what I want to do,

though the "hows" are a bit more of an issue

Too many hobbies

Too many distractions

I have to eliminate all these useless distractions

My bosses are nice

but my job doesn’t make me happy

I know what I want to do

It is perfect

Maybe...

1) Find larger warehouse building
2) Turn main floor into gallery
3) Rent out other spaces as studios/business places
4) Open screen printing poster shop
5) Create mini artistic community/hub

*note: step 4) will problably have to come first.
