summer wrap up
well the summer is finally wrapping up. Still have 10 turtle nests let to hatch, but i think all the laying is done. We've had [pretty good success with the hatchings. one nest about 1/3 of the eggs didn't hatch, which sucked, but that's nature. Life in general is still pretty good, but this week had the typical "oh you think life is going great....try to get around this!!" Nothing major thank goodness, just small annoying things that make you roll your eyes and go WTF ( Read more... ) -

Well I am finally done with this semester. Whee!!! Now I just have to wait for grades. that is always the worst part. I drove down from Memphis in the new Ashford-mobile yesterday and OMG it is hot! I love my new car. There will be pictures up soon...I assure you. btw, her name is Mako :-D -
life, the universe, and everything
Well, life is life. I LOVE my new job at Beef O'Brady's. I am making really good money. Hopefully enough to buy a car in no time. Hubby's mom is actually willing to sell me second son's car for 2500 - 200 dodge avenger, and she said I could pay her monthly, which would be awesome. I also found a pretty good insurance deal...so maybe this whole ( Read more... ) -
Rant time
Ok, so if you've read my last entry you are aware of the internship I will be taking on Egmont Key. I will be on the island for five days and off for two, and those two days I will be working at Beef O'Brady's.
