so ive been having some health problems lately caused by who knows wat. basically my body hasnt been making enuff of the good backteria hat hte body usually has so my stomach and my ass have been paying for it. sad i know. i felt like an old lady with hemrohds. its ridiculous. but now that i know wats wrong ill be taking asidophilus and eating
